It is far too long since The Golf Travel Company took a group of golfers to this great destination and so it is with pride that we introduce our tour to the Algarve for 2010.
The Algarve, with its host of fine golf courses, ensures a memorable golfing holiday and the opportunity to play additional optional golf for those who want to play as many overseas courses as possible…and of course in October you can expect temperatures around 24°C and an average of 11 hours of sunshine a day. A very special golfing holiday!
This is what awaits you when you board the flight in October:
Thursday 30 September: Assemble late afternoon in Johannesburg before departing for the Algarve.
Friday 1 October: We arrive in Villamoura and check into our beachside hotel which will be our home for the next seven nights on a bed and breakfast basis. Our hotel is situated just two hundred meters from the world-renowned marina and the endless restaurants, bars and nightclubs which line the marina. And it lies adjacent to the Villamoura Casino for those who like a flutter on tour. After checking in, we have the afternoon free to start working on our tan, go sightseeing or head for the marina and an early dinner on our first evening on the Algarve.
